It is important to ensure the gravel is kept clean to prevent any buildup of waste that could harm the catfish. In natural healing and appearance teachings, the rose hip is said to resemble the human eye. This is because the round shape and bright red color of the rose hip are reminiscent of the iris and pupil of the eye. Additionally, the high vitamin C content in rose hips is believed to benefit eye health, further reinforcing the association between the two. This resemblance is often used symbolically to suggest that consuming rose hips can promote eye health and clarity of vision. **
