However, more research is needed to determine the true effectiveness of face yoga in achieving long-term results. Ultimately, the effectiveness of face yoga may vary from person to person, and it is important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine. **

No, viscose is not elastic. Viscose is a type of rayon fabric made from natural fibers such as wood pulp. It is known for its soft and smooth texture, but it does not have the stretch or elasticity that is characteristic of elastic materials like spandex or elastane. Viscose can drape well and has good moisture-wicking properties, but it does not have the ability to stretch and bounce back like elastic fabrics do. **

The elastic of high-quality underwear can stretch out after washing due to the combination of water, heat, and agitation during the washing process. This can cause the elastic fibers to lose their elasticity and become stretched out. To prevent this, it is important to wash underwear in cold water and avoid using the dryer, as the heat can damage the elastic fibers. Additionally, using a gentle detergent and air-drying the underwear can help maintain the elasticity of the elastic. **

A thin yoga mat with a yoga towel may not be suitable for all types of yoga. While it may work well for gentle or restorative yoga practices, it may not provide enough cushioning and support for more intense or dynamic styles such as power yoga or hot yoga. Additionally, certain yoga poses may require a more stable and non-slip surface, which a thin yoga mat may not provide. It's important to consider the specific needs of your practice and choose the appropriate equipment accordingly. **

The question of whether yoga is haram or not is a topic of debate among Islamic scholars. Others believe that the physical practice of yoga can be separated from its spiritual aspects and practiced in a way that is permissible in Islam. Ultimately, it is up to individuals to seek guidance from knowledgeable scholars and make their own informed decision based on their beliefs and intentions. **
